An Embodied Anthology

An Embodied Anthology is a curated collection of eight meditative audio transmissions that chart the sensuous interiors of the human body as poetic topography and sacred threshold. Each transmission orients awareness toward a particular organ, tissue, or fluid—The Heart, The Lungs, The Diaphragm, The Kidneys, The Womb, Cellular Breathing, The Cerebrospinal Fluid, and The Bones and Marrow—revealing the body as sentient archive: rhythmic, mythopoetic, and quietly radiant.

Through breath, somatisation, mantra, and imaginal descent, this suite opens a portal into embodied reverence. The body emerges as a dynamic field where sensation, intuition, and spirit cohere. Tissues awaken, resonance deepens, and listening expands into the cellular and subtle. As each realm is explored, deeper relationships arise—between body and soul, psyche and soma, origin and becoming.

Woven with the Tantric principles of Spanda and Laya, the anthology unfolds as a soft constellation of internal gateways.
