Somatic Labs
A Somatic Lab is an artfully curated exploration of movement, often beginning with a corporeal or imaginal portal. This initial entry point opens into the immersive landscape of your body, becoming a subtle guide for an experience that is both unique and emergent.
Through fine and attentive guidance, you move through a gentle progression and nuanced layering of elements, offering a framework that is spacious, supportive, and attuned. This allows you to fully inhabit your sensory and embodied experience. Each session concludes with deep rest to support integration, along with time for writing and sharing.
A Somatic Lab invites you into a mode of knowing that extends beyond logical understanding, nourishing embodied intelligence through direct experience. It supports a reconnection with your deeper nature through an ineffable language that allows for subtle revelation, re‑articulation, and a steady refinement of attunement — a continuous unfolding of presence and depth.
This work is for you if you feel called to deepen your relationship with Soma through a creative, experiential, and presence‑based approach. Open to curious and dedicated practitioners as well as burgeoning and experienced facilitators, it supports the refinement of sensitivity and inner awareness while fostering autonomy and inner spaciousness. It offers a profound entry into somatic practice — an opportunity to enrich your relationship with embodied experience in a way that is both inspiring and exploratory.
The next series of Somatic Labs will occur in May 2026 as part of the Samavesa Sessions. Please see below.
SAMAVESA SESSIONS: ONLINE EMBODIED YOGA
A four‑week journey through distinct corporeal gateways, opening into a field of embodied inquiry. A gentle stepping aside, allowing a vaster and deeper terrain of wisdom and expression to emerge from within and move outward with natural ease. A journey shaped by listening, sensing, and allowing — widening the aperture of what becomes possible, and of what wishes to move through you. A laboratory of movement in which your body is the place where inquiry unfolds — experiment, experiencer, and experience all at once.
