Soma Yoga

Soma Yoga unfolds as embodied becoming — a quiet yet potent alcove where breath softens, presence deepens, and the body is felt from within as living continuity.

Each session is an immersion, a quiet space where time dissolves and awareness unfurls with ease and spaciousness. Rhythm settles gently, allowing listening to deepen, perception to widen, and presence to inhabit its most refined layers of experience. Movements, forms, and impressions compose a subtle palette — textures, tonalities, strata — each inviting the emergence of intimate, multi‑layered coherence.

Breath and guidance merge into a single thread: discreet, nuanced, spacious enough to accompany each participant’s unfolding. Within this embodied alcove, inner contours are revealed and extend into new terrain, opening a sensitive field where attention rests, presence refines, and perception discovers its most delicate gradations.

The practice resolves into a rare form of intimacy, leaving lingering impressions, akin to a watermark, within the layers of embodied experience — a subtle resonance that continues well beyond the practice itself, gradually revealing new nuances of the somatic sphere, delicate strata that gently broaden the inner horizon and allow the experience to seep into the continuity of daily life.

  • Having now sat with Alexandra in various iterations of studentship and co-facilitation, my impulse is often to look up to her as I am deeply touched and altered, over and over again, by her multidimensional offerings, artistry, and enduring willingness to be in and of this Earth in integrity and love. And yet she has an ability to dissolve any hierarchy so that we may all meet in the essential space of loving-presence and our shared humanity, where co-creation and reciprocity can flourish. Since meeting Alexandra I muse more, I marvel more, and with ineffable gratitude, I know what it is to feel seen and safe enough to soften into the sacred mystery of it all.
