Yoga & Perimenopause
Perimenopause can take myriad forms — shifts in energy or sleep, emotional intensity, cognitive fluctuations, or a heightened sensitivity in the body. At times it may feel like waves of heat, an unfamiliar fatigue, or the sense that your inner rhythm is undeniably changing.
For many women, these experiences feel layered, unpredictable, or simply unlike anything they’ve known before. The body is asking for a different quality of attention.
What is often missing is a place that feels steady — a discreet, thoughtful environment where what is shifting can be understood and placed in context. A space to find orientation, calm, and a more inhabited way of moving through this transition.
These semi‑private immersions offer a setting where this complexity is met with nuance, intelligence, and care. Each immersion is crafted with attention, drawing from a broad palette of yogic and somatic practices, embodied inquiry and supportive tools.
The structure is clear and considered, yet responsive to you — your needs, your thresholds, your lived experience. The arc of the immersion is not fixed: it evolves from one gathering to the next, shaped by the group, the season, and what is unfolding in you. You are welcome to return as often as you wish — each cycle opens a new angle, a new anchor, a new understanding.
To preserve intimacy and depth, spaces are limited to five participants. This allows for genuine attention, a sense of safety, and a curriculum that is custom‑crafted for the women present. A rare and beautiful thing.
These immersions take place in the intimacy of my private home studio, ideally situated in Lausanne between the station and St‑François — a quiet, welcoming space that supports depth, discretion, and embodied presence.
